The Reignite Method is my approach to helping women build strength, confidence, and a body they feel proud of through structured strength training and sustainable coaching.

Built around four core pillars- Reset, Rebuild, Reclaim, and Reignite- this coaching goes beyond physical transformation. It’;s desinged to help women reconnect with themselves, build lasting confidence, and become their strongest self inside and outside the gym.

This is more than just training. It’s about becoming stronger in every sense of the word.

Meet Your Coach

I’m Amy, a women’s strength coach passionate about helping women build confidence through training.

Strength training first became an outlet for me mentally- a space that helped me rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and reconnect with myself. Over time, it transformed far more than just my physical appearance. It changed the way I carried myself, the way I thought, and the way I approached life.

Now, my mission is to help other women experience that same transformation through structured coaching, support and empowering strength training
